Entrepreneurship 101

  • Georgia Tech — Architecture Building 245 4th Street Northwest Atlanta, GA, 30332 United States (map)

Ages 14 – 16

In-person at Georgia Tech

What does it take to turn an idea into a real business?

In Entrepreneurship 101, campers will explore how entrepreneurs use design to transform ideas into brands, products, and experiences. They will examine logos, packaging, retail spaces, digital presence, and customer journeys to understand how each element shapes a business’ impact. Through hands-on design challenges, campers will develop their own original business concept that reflects their interests, values, and vision. At the end of the week, parents and caregivers are invited for a showcase of the campers’ creations!

Campers will learn to:

  • Explore core concepts in entrepreneurship, branding, and business design

  • Define a clear business idea, audience, and purpose

  • Develop a brand identity, including name, logo, and visual system

  • Design products, services, or experiences that meet real needs

  • Shape customer experience through packaging, digital presence, or spatial layout

  • Practice pitching and presenting a business concept with confidence

  • Study real-world examples of design-driven businesses and entrepreneurs

At the end of the week, parents and caregivers are invited for a showcase of the campers’ creations!
