Posters are one of the most powerful and democratic forms of design.

They live in public space, speak across language barriers, and transform ideas into action. In a moment shaped by social, environmental, and cultural change, poster design remains a vital tool for advocacy, storytelling, and collective expression.

The Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) presented selected winning works from the United States International Poster Biennial (USIPB), showcasing selected posters from the Social, Cultural, Animated, and National Parks categories. Drawn from more than 11,845 submissions worldwide, these works demonstrate how graphic design can amplify voices, challenge systems, celebrate shared spaces, and inspire public dialogue.

This exhibition reflects MODA’s belief that design is a creative force that helps us understand the world, imagine alternatives, and shape more connected and equitable futures.
