Join us for an indulgent evening at MODA designed for couples, companions, or anyone with a taste for chocolate and design!

  • Arrive at 6:30 PM and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as you explore our newest exhibition, BITTERSWEET: The Design of Chocolate, which traces the complex and compelling story of chocolate from ancient Mesoamerican rituals to contemporary design and craft.

  • At 7:15 PM, gather for a guided bon bon tasting led by Jocelyn Dubuke, founder of JARDÍ Chocolates, Atlanta’s acclaimed artisan chocolatier known for exquisite, small-batch confections. You’ll savor an assortment of beautifully crafted bon bons that showcase bold flavors and exceptional technique.

Jocelyn Dubuke is the founder and creative mind behind JARDÍ Chocolate. A former pastry chef with a passion for design, Jocelyn brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work—melding culinary technique with visual storytelling. Her path to chocolate-making was shaped by years in the kitchen, where she refined her skills and developed a deep appreciation for precision, process, and presentation.

Driven by a desire to create something uniquely her own, Jocelyn launched JARDÍ Chocolate to explore the intersection of flavor, form, and feeling. Her bon bons reflect her belief that food should not only taste amazing but also spark joy and curiosity. As a designer, maker, and entrepreneur, she continues to push creative boundaries and redefine what a chocolate company can be.
