About the Event:
Join MODA at Synchronicity Theatre for a special members-only evening that shines a spotlight on design for theatre and the stories it brings to life.
We’ll gather at 6:45 p.m. for a pre-show conversation about stage design, exploring how sets, lighting, and costumes work together to transform a script into an immersive experience. Then, MODA members are invited to stay and experience an 8:00pm preview performance of The Rocket Men, Crystal Skillman’s powerful new play.
In The Rocket Men, six women actors play the former Nazi scientists who became the backbone of NASA’s space program. Moving between past and present, the play asks us to reconsider a celebrated chapter of U.S. history and confront the moral costs of progress.

MODA reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met, but don't worry: should MODA have to cancel, we will gladly issue a full refund to all registrants. If you need to cancel your plans for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event start. By doing so, we can process a refund for the ticket cost (minus a small $10 processing fee per class). Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before an event.
