Have you ever wanted to deepen your understanding of fashion’s impact on culture? This event is the perfect opportunity to mingle with fellow MODA members and the SCAD FASH team, ask your questions from a design perspective, and immerse yourself in a guided tour of the thought-provoking exhibition, André Leon Talley: Style Is Forever. Bring a guest along and connect with others who share your passion for design and creativity.

Guided Tour: Explore the current exhibition, André Leon Talley: Style Is Forever, with insights from the experts. Discover the remarkable pieces that celebrate the legacy of one of fashion’s most iconic figures. 

Meet the Experts: Interact with SCAD FASH staff and learn more about the museum’s mission and an insider’s look at the exhibition, and afterwards feel free to learn more about the history with SCADstory. 

Connect with Fellow Design Lovers: Join a community of like-minded individuals to share ideas, perspectives, and inspiration. As a valued MODA member, you are welcome to bring a guest to this engaging experience.


About André Leon Talley: Style Is Forever: This exhibition features nearly 70 looks from André Leon Talley’s personal collection, showcasing a range of styles from ready-to-wear to bespoke pieces. It highlights moments from his illustrious career, from the elegance of Met Galas to personal celebrations that define his lasting influence in the industry. 

About SCAD: Located in the heart of Atlanta at 1600 Peachtree St. NW, the SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film celebrates the intersections of fashion, film, and culture. Through dynamic exhibitions and creative events, we invite visitors of all ages to explore the rich narratives that garments can express.

  • In Person at SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film | Free for Members / RSVP Required
    The SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film is located at 1600 Peachtree St. NW, the SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.

  • SCAD FASH may be accessed by elevators on the fourth floor of the SCAD Atlanta parking deck. Accessible parking is available. All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible.

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes. Consider bringing a bottle of water to carry for moments where liquids are permitted. 

  • MODA reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met. If you need to cancel your plans for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us 48 hours prior to the event start. 

    All participants must RSVP prior to attendance. Since space is limited, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you and your + ONE will NOT be attending. Can’t attend? Let us know.
