In this 40-minute experience, you’ll:

  • Learn how Lewis Pogue sources its beans, what makes great chocolate, and why ethical production matters.

  • Explore the artistry of chocolate making—from fermentation and roasting to conching and tempering—with insight into Tom’s meticulous, transparent approach.

  • Deepen your appreciation for chocolate as a design object, shaped by both human hands and natural ecosystems.
