What is Design Next?

Presented by the Museum of Design Atlanta in partnership with the Peachtree Branch of the Fulton County Library System, Design Next is a free architecture program for students in grades 9-12. See the whole series.

In this session, we’ll explore how architects communicate ideas through plans, elevations, and sections before construction begins. Students will discover how architectural drawings represent space, then design and test the layout of a compact structure while considering scale, circulation, and functionality.
