Design Book Club: How Design Makes the World

  • Peachtree Branch of the Fulton County Library 1315 Peachtree Street Northeast Atlanta, GA, 30309 United States (map)

About the Event:

Join us at the Peachtree Branch Library at 12 p.m. on the first Friday of each month for a lively discussion of books that explore how design shapes our world. Hosted by MODA and the library, conversations are led by MODA staff or guest experts. If you like, bring your lunch (no red beverages, please) and dive into fresh perspectives on design!

This April, we delve into How Design Makes The World by author Scott Berkun. Berkun takes readers on an insightful journey into the everyday influence of design in our lives. With a friendly tone and engaging anecdotes, he reveals how design isn't just about making things look good; it's about solving problems and enhancing our experiences.

This book can be borrowed through Fulton County library system or purchased in MODA’s Design Shop.

No registration is necessary. Just read the book and join us for a discussion!
