LEGO ARCHITECTURE!
For Grades K - 12th
During this in-museum field trip, a MODA instructor will guide students through an exploration of architecture, engineering, and creative problem-solving. Students will discover how architects design buildings and spaces that are functional, innovative, and responsive to the needs of people.
We’ll examine how architects use shape, structure, and design thinking to create buildings like homes, skyscrapers, and public spaces. Students will then become architects by creating their own original structures using LEGO® bricks.
Along the way, students will practice creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking while learning how architecture shapes the world around us.
