Every second Sunday, MODA hosts a plaza party for people of all ages. From 1:00–5:00 PM, all activities on the plaza are free and admission to the museum is reduced to $5.00. Plaza activities include: a hands-on craft activity, hula hooping, bubbles, playing with MODA’s Imagination Playground, and music.

Join us for a Spooky Sunday Funday on October 12th from 1-5 pm! We’re inviting all the ghouls, fairies, princesses, and superheroes to join us on the plaza to design and paint your own Halloween mask!

Come enjoy all the fall vibes on the plaza on Sunday, November 9th from 1-5 PM as we make prints using leaves! We’ll provide all the materials you need, including the leaves, paint, and paper. Bring just yourself or your crew as we get crafty with nature.

On Sunday, December 14th from 1 to 5 pm, we will be getting into the spirit of the season by crafting “Ugly Christmas Sweater” ornaments. We will provide all the materials you need to create your best ugly Christmas sweater, including 1 ornament per person, decor, and paint.
