In-person at Georgia Tech’s Hinman Research Building
Join us for an exciting week of urban design, creativity, and community building!
Throughout the week, we'll explore the vital role of neighborhoods in our cities and work together to create inclusive and vibrant communities.
Through a blend of fun activities and practical learning, campers will gain hands-on experience with real-world tools like map reading, drawing building plans, sketching, robotics, and model building.
Campers will learn to:
Gain insights into the significance of diverse and inclusive neighborhoods.
Collaborate with fellow campers to identify and address real challenges in neighborhood design and community facilities.
Get hands-on experience with 3D modeling software for urban planning.
Engage with guest experts from the fields of urban planning and community development.
What to Bring:
Campers should bring a water bottle, snacks, and lunch.
Campers are welcome to bring their laptops or tablets during the camp. If needed, MODA can provide campers with a laptop.
Tuition: $400 | $325 for MODA Members at the Family & Friends Level or above ($10/month or $140/year). Members, please contact education@museumofdesign.org to receive a discount code before you register.

This camp takes place at Georgia Tech's Hinman Research Building, located at 723 Cherry St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332.

This class is a creative learning environment. All registrants agree:
to be respectful of others in all circumstances
to engage in collaborative practices with classmates and instructors
to only use appropriate language in verbal and written conversation
not to troll other participants and/or their design
MODA reserves the right to remove any participant immediately if they engage in any conduct that detracts from the experiences of other participants and is not in line with the purpose of the class.

Camp registrations that are canceled 2 weeks prior to the start of the session will result in a refund of the amount paid minus a $100 non-refundable registration fee.
No refunds will be available for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.
MODA reserves the right to cancel any camp or program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
