Field Trip: Engineering Challenges (Grades 5-8)
What is the design process? What do engineers do? In this hands on workshop we invite students to go through the steps that engineers do. Then think up awesome and practical solutions to invent, design, and build things that matter to the world. We will be doing some oldie but goodie engineering challenges like bridge building, parachute making, boat designing, zip-line creating all out of legos and recycled materials.
