What do Iron Man’s suit, the city of Bricksburg from The LEGO Movie, and Disney’s opening film sequence have in common? Design! The work of designers is key to telling the stories we love in film.
This winter, young designers will learn to tell stories and to think in motion. From storyboarding to set design to filming, campers will organize themselves into film production crews and collaborate to create a movie trailer using stop motion animation.
Campers will be learn basics of film and UX (user experience) design and will use their new skills to create and refine movie trailers that will be uploaded to the MODA website after the camp ends.
