Inspiring Beauty: 50 Years of Ebony Fashion Fair honors the traveling fashion show that brought European couture fashions to the African-American community.
Organized by the Chicago History Museum and featuring iconic garments by Yves Saint-Laurent, Christian Dior, Oscar de la Renta, Pierre Cardin, and others, Inspiring Beauty demonstrates how fashion became a vehicle for empowerment, pride, and achievement.
